- 1 cup Boiled peeled arbi
- as per taste Salt
- to taste Red chilli powder
- as required Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder

- as required Few mint leaves
- 1 tsp Sweet n sour tarmarind chutney

- In a big bowl add boiled chickpeas and bolied peeled and chopped arbi. Add salt,Red chilli powder, chat masala, cumin powder,lemon juice, tarmarind chutney and few mint leaves. Toss and enjoy this healthy snack.
- Notes 1)Do not over cook your chole and arbi so much that they become mushy. 2) Wash arbi thoroughly before boiling.
- 3) If you soak chole for overnight and boil in the morning it will take 2-3 whistles to boil. Pass it through seive after boiling.Cool it in refrigerator. This will not make them too mushy! Arbi get boiled in one whistle only.
