- 1/6 cup Pizza sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese or Normal cheese
- 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- as needed Olive oil for roasting

- First we will make filling for that we need 2 tbsp Butter and heat it. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute it until the raw smell of Garlic Paste goes.
- Then add Finely chopped onion and saute it completely. Then add the Boiled corn and saute it too.
- After that add Tomatoes and add salt. To that add 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce.
- Now take leftover roti ot Tortilla and apply pizza sauce on it.
- Spread the Prepared mixture and add a lot of cheese. Apply some maida slurry on the sides so that the mixture doesn't come out.
- Fold it in any shape you like. And toast it in toaster. Note: Apply Olive Oil on the rotis along with the toaster.
