  1. 1 cup jaggery, chopped
  2. 4 tbsp ghee
  3. 2 cups puffed Lotus seed (makhana)
  4. 1/4 cup cashew nuts

  8. 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp grated dried coconut

  1. To make the jaggery syrup, heat a deep non-stick pan. Add jaggery and 1 cup water and mix well. Cook till the jaggery melts and the mixture reaches one string constituency.
  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
  3. Add makhana and dry roast till crisp. Transfer this on a plate
  4. Heat remaining in the same pan. Add peanuts, cashew nuts, Pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dry coconut and roast for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Transfer the roasted mixture on to the same plate.
  6. Put the roasted mixture along with the makhana in mixture and grind to a fine powder. transfer this powder into a large bowl.
  7. Hit the same non-stick Pan add remaining dried coconut, black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds and roast till fragrant.
  8. Transfer the sesame mixture into the ground mixture, add green cardamom powder and add the cooled jaggery syrup and mix until the mixture comes together.
  9. Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a ball/laddoo. Serve as required.
